1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Information You Provide

  • Account Registration. When you sign in with Google, we may receive your name, email address, and profile image.
  • Payment Information. When you purchase a subscription, payment details are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems. We may retain order identifiers, product details, amounts, and status needed for billing support.
  • Communications. If you contact us, we may receive your email address and the contents of your message.

Information Related to the Services

  • Free trial and limited use. You may try the Services with limits before or without a full paid plan. Limited trial results are not kept as full account job history the way signed-in exports are.
  • Signed-in usage. If you are signed in, we may store search jobs, export records, usage and subscription status, and API access credentials needed to deliver the Services and prevent abuse.
  • Public business data. When you run a search or enrichment job, we process publicly listed business information from map listings and, where a website is available, public contact details found on that business’s own public pages (such as emails or social links). We do this to deliver your results. We do not invent contacts, and we do not sell email databases. Empty fields mean nothing public was found. Export fields may change as the product evolves.

Like most websites, we may automatically collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and approximate timestamps. We may use cookies or similar technologies for session and preference purposes. We may also use website analytics and session recording tools to understand how the Services are used, improve the product, and help prevent abuse.

2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use information to provide and improve the Services, process payments, authenticate accounts, deliver exports, prevent fraud and abuse, communicate about your account, and comply with law.

Export records associated with your account are retained for 90 days and are then automatically deleted. Please download and keep your own copies if you need them longer. Account, billing, and usage records may be kept longer as needed for accounting, fraud prevention, and legal obligations.

We take reasonable measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS
