1. Acceptance

These Terms of Service are provided by GMapsLeadFinder.com (operating the brand “GMaps Lead Finder,” also referred to as “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using or visiting our website and services, you signify that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Services

GMaps Lead Finder provides tools to extract publicly listed business information from map search results, optionally enrich public contact details from business websites, and export results. Services may include our website lead extractor, browser extensions, and programmatic access (such as API or agent integrations) where your plan allows. Features, export formats, and available fields may change over time.

3. Accounts

You may sign in with Google to use account features. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping any API keys or access credentials confidential. Notify us promptly if you believe your account or credentials have been compromised.

4. Credits, Plans & Free Trial

Usage is measured in credits or similar plan limits described on our Pricing page. You may try the Services for free with limits. Paid plans unlock higher limits and additional features as shown at purchase. We do not guarantee complete map coverage, enrichment hit rates, or that every business will have a public email or social profile. Limits and entitlements may change; the Pricing page and your account controls are the source of truth for your plan.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services. Without limitation, you may not: use the Services for unlawful purposes; harass or spam people; attempt to bypass usage limits, security, or access controls; resell or share account access in a way that violates these Terms; or interfere with the operation of the Services.

6. Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for how you use extracted or enriched data, including outreach, marketing, and compliance with laws that apply to you (such as privacy, anti-spam, and telemarketing rules). The Services process publicly available commercial information to help you work faster; that does not mean every use is lawful in every jurisdiction. You remain responsible for obtaining any consents or legal bases required for your own communications.

7. Scraped & Enriched Data

Results are provided for your business use subject to these Terms. We do not claim ownership of the public business information you export. We do not invent contacts, and empty fields mean nothing public was found. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or continued availability of third-party map or website content. Export fields may be adjusted as the product evolves.

8. Export Retention

Export records associated with your account are retained for 90 days and are then automatically deleted. Download and back up your exports if you need them longer. We are not responsible for data you fail to download before deletion.

9. Ownership

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership rights to any of our products, software, branding, or documentation. All such materials are property of GMaps Lead Finder or its licensors. The Services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. We shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or losses that occur out of the use or inability to use our products.

10. Availability

The Services depend on third-party platforms and networks (for example map listings and business websites) that we do not control. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Support

Support and product updates are provided for the term defined by your account type and are based on the date of purchase. After a subscription has expired, a new subscription will need to be purchased in order to continue receiving support and product updates under paid entitlements.

12. Payments & Refund Policy

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for orders and handles payment processing, tax collection, and returns for those orders.

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase for any reason, with no usage-based restrictions, as described in our Refund Policy. For questions about an order, contact us at support@gmapsleadfinder.com or manage your subscription from Account.

13. Transactional Emails

GMaps Lead Finder may on occasion send you email notifications related to your service. These transactional emails may include notification of changes to our terms and conditions, purchase receipts, and other emails related to your account.

14. Price Changes

GMaps Lead Finder reserves the right to change the price of any service at any time. Any price change will be reflected on our website. In the event that any price is lowered, you will not be entitled to a refund for the difference in the price from the time you purchased the service.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services, including API access, if you violate these Terms, create risk of harm or legal exposure, or misuse the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time.

16. Sharing of Data

We will not sell your personal data. We share data only as described in our Privacy Policy (for example, with payment processors and service providers needed to operate the Services).
