Google Maps Scraper Credits, Limits & Job Rules (2026)

Online leads, reviews, and photos use one shared credit pool, but each product counts a different result row. Enrichment does not add a second lead charge, monthly credits do not roll over, and each account can run only one Maps job at a time.

Credit pool shared by Google Maps leads, reviews, and photo jobs

What one credit means

Job typeOne creditImportant detail
LeadsOne Google Maps place row returnedEmail and social enrichment add no separate charge
ReviewsOne review row collectedThe selected place itself is not an extra review credit
PhotosOne unique photo URLDuplicate URLs are removed before charging

Monthly credits, free credits, and permanent packs

  • Free starter credits are a lifetime allowance; they do not renew each month.
  • Subscription credits refresh each billing cycle and unused monthly credits do not roll over.
  • Permanent credit packs do not expire and remain available alongside an eligible account.
  • Pack-only accounts receive Starter-level Online features; Agent API and MCP still require Growth or higher.

Current plan allotments and pack sizes are listed on Pricing. Buying a pack changes the available permanent balance, not the monthly renewal rules.

One running Maps job per account

Leads, reviews, and photos share one in-flight lock across the Online UI, MCP, and HTTP API. Finish, fail, or cancel the active job before starting another. A competing request returns HTTP 409.

  1. Create one job.
  2. Poll until it is completed, partial, or failed.
  3. Fetch every results page.
  4. Start the next keyword or place only after the previous job has reached a terminal state.

Web batches vs Agent and API requests

SurfaceInput ruleBest for
Online web UIA plan-dependent list of keywords or places, queued sequentiallyVisual review and CSV downloads
MCP / HTTP leadsExactly one keyword per create-job requestAgent chats, scripts, and integrations
MCP / HTTP reviews or photosExactly one place per create-job requestSequential place automation

For API authentication, polling, pagination, and status codes, use the Agent handbook and HTTP API reference.

Online and Chrome extension quotas are separate

Online web jobs, MCP, and HTTP use the Online account and its shared credit pool. Chrome products have their own plans and quotas; extension usage does not draw from the Online pool.
